Every month, From the Hack will introduce our audience to a curling club that has an interesting story to tell.  We start with the Sherwood Park Curling Club in Sherwood Park, Alberta where 1100 members enjoy the sport of curling in a club that is managed by Heather Nedohin, a two-time Scotties champion, two-time World Championship bronze medalist and 1996 World Junior champion.

Nedohin joined From the Hack to talk about the Sherwood Park Curling Club, how they have managed to maintain their numbers at a time when many clubs have been seeing lower membership numbers and what they have done to help attract “first generation” Canadians to the club.  Heather also discusses the one thing that surprised her the most when she stepped into the role of Business Manager at the Sherwood Park Curling Club.
